The kit is supplied unassembled, allowing you to configure it to suit your specific application. The 56mm threaded tank connector features a double-socket design, enabling rigid pipe or fittings to be connected on either side for a secure and tidy installation.

The strainer itself is ideal for any inlet or outlet pipework on filters. It stops large debris, leaves, stones, and even fish from entering the filter system. Designed to attach to any 2”/56mm rigid pipe using a removable nut, the strainer provides a secure, tight fit while remaining easy to clean—simply unthread the nut to access the interior.
